For one glorious day each summer, Lady Bay is transformed into the site of the year’s most exciting festival featuring live music, stalls, lovely food and drink and excellent real ales from Castle Rock Brewery.

LBF at home
Here at Lady Bay Festival HQ, we’ve been thinking about how the next festival could really benefit the community during these challenging times so we’ve working on an idea to run a ‘stay at home’ festival on Saturday 6th June. We want to offer to the same great festival experience that we usually do but from the safety and comfort of your own home. For details and to get involved, click here.

From humble beginnings in 2012, the festival has gone from strength to strength and, in 2016, we welcomed our first ‘big name’ headliner, Nigel Clark from Dodgy. Our audiences  were delighted, showing up in their hundreds for the chance to see such a renowned act in their own backyard … and for free! 2017 saw us build on our reputation for bringing national-profile acts to our growing neighbourhood festival with Terrorvision’s Tony Wright closing the festival to record audiences. There was a lot to live up to in 2018, with expectations high to keep up the standard of headliner so we were lucky to welcome Mark Morriss of the Bluetones to the biggest and best festival yet.

The Lady Bay Festival raises funds for the Lady Bay Community Fund, which is available to organisations or individuals in Lady Bay who need assistance with funding for events or projects.

The Lady Bay Festival is made possible by the support of the committee, our partners, supporters and sponsors. Many thanks for making these events happen.

Special thanks to our main sponsor Castle Rock Brewery and the Poppy and Pint for all their help and support.
